We're sorry to hear this and definitely know it can be frustrating. While we are constantly working to reduce the number of crashes, we always appreciate your help.

First, please try completely restarting the game and/or your device. Yes, it's the old "have you tried turning it off and on again" saying, but that really does work a lot of the time. :-)

After trying that, please use the "Contact Us" option and provide the following information:
  • Describe the issue in as much detail as possible (e.g. what happening, how frequently the issue occurs, etc).
  • Describe your device (e.g. make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff
  • Your full name and the email associated with your Facebook account, if you have used this account to authenticate your game and save your progress.
These details will help us to troubleshoot the issue and get you back to the game!
