Match to Win and/or Lucky Match offers players the chance to earn rewards via third-party partners and services. If you think you have completed an offer or survey and are expecting a reward, and you haven't received it, please try the following steps.
  1. Rewards are only provided if the exact conditions specified in the offer are met. Double-check that you have completed the conditions of the offer (e.g. downloading, installing and using a third-party app).
  2. Rewards can take time to be processed and verified by each offer provider. This can take up to five business days, but rewards are often processed immediately. Match to Win doesn't control this verification process.
  3. If you feel you have met the conditions and enough time has passed that your reward should have arrived, tap the "Free Gold" button in the store and then tap the "hamburger" menu icon (three horizontal lines). You can review your status and get more information about the offer from the third-party provider.
