Your winnings are safe! Here are some possible reasons your amount may appear incorrect.
- You recently cashed out. Your Bank will show a zero balance after you have begun the cash out process, even if the process is not yet complete.
- You are experiencing problems connecting to our server (e.g. you have no Internet connection). For your security, we require all accounts to be connected to our servers to review their winnings. Please check your connection and/or signal strength and restart the game.
- We may be experiencing technical difficulties. Should this occur, please know we are working to resolve them as quickly as possible. When they are resolved you can restart the game and your account will be restored.
If you still cannot access your winnings, please tap the Contact Us button with details about your account:
Describe the issue in as much detail as possible (e.g. what happening, how frequently the issue occurs, etc).
- Describe your device (e.g. make and model of your phone or tablet).
- Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff
- Your full name and the email associated with your Facebook account, if you have used this account to authenticate your game and save your progress.
